AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI RELATING TO FEES
TO BE CHARGED BY THE PARKING AUTHORITY FOR CERRIN PARKING
FACILITIES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Parking Authority is hereby authorized to
charge the following fees for each parking space, each month, as
follows:
(a) On Lot No. 1, 200 Jefferson Street, $15.00 per
month, except that five (5) substandard spaces for compact
vehicles shall be $10.00 per month.
(b) On Lot No. 17, 100 Monroe Street, $10.00 per
month, except that four (4) substandard spaces for compact
vehicles shall be $7.00 per month.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be come effective on
February 1, 1977.
