AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING AND
DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND CLERK OF THE CITY TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT
WITH P. ROGER HICKEY, FOR AUDITING THE RECORDS OF THE FISCAL YEAR
NOVEMBER 1, 1975 , TO OCTOBER 31, 1976.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Mayor and Clerk of the City are hereby autho-
rized and directed, for and in the name of the City, to execute a
written Agreement with P. Roger Hickey, Certified Public Accountant,
for auditing the records of the City during the fiscal year,
November 1, 1975, to October 31, 1976.

Section 2. A copy of such Agreement is hereto attached.
! Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
