AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING, AMENDIN
(AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON BY AMENDING
jiORDINANCE 8508, BY REZONING PROPERTY LOCATED ALONG HIGH STREET OF
iTHE CITY OF JEFFERSON FROM RS-4 SINGLE FAMILY TO RA MULTIPLE
DWELLING.
WHEREAS, IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN ORDINANCE 850
RELATING TO REZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED WITH.
lNOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following described real property be re-
zoned from RS-4 Single Family to RA Multiple Dwelling, to-wit:
The southeasterly part of Outlot No. 54 and the south-
westerly part of Outlot No. 72, in the City of Jefferson,
Missouri , more particularly described as follows:
' Beginning at a point on East High Street, 131 feet
easterly from the southwesterly corner of Outlot No. 72:
thence northerly at right angles with East High Street,
533 feet 3 inches to the south side of a lane; thence
North 77030' West, along the southerly side of said lane
342 feet 6 inches; thence southerly parallel with the
westerly line of Outlot No. 72, 205 feet 4 inches;
thence westerly parallel with the northerly line of
High Street 75 feet; thence southerly parallel with the
westerly line of Outlot No. 72, 198 feet 9 inches;
�{ thence easterly along the High Street right-of-way, 361
feet 9 inches, to the point of beginning from RS-4
single family to RA multiple dwelling.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
