AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING, AMENDIN
AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON BY AMENDING
ORDINANCE 8508, BY REZONING PROPERTY LOCATED ALONG OLD ST. LOUIS
ROAD AND U.S. ROUTE "50" FROM RS-2 RESIDENTIAL TO RA MULTIPLE
DWELLING.
WHEREAS, IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN ORDINANCE 850
RELATING TO REZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED WITH.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
(JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following described real property be re-
zoned from RS-2 Residential to RA Multiple Dwelling, to-wit:
Part of Private Survey No. 2701 in the County of Cole,
Missouri, more particularly described as follows :
From the point of intersection of the north line of U.S.
Route "50" (Business Route) and the south line of Old
St. Louis Road; thence N. 270 33 ' W, along the south
line of Old St. Louis Road, 309. 85 feet; thence N. 180
25' W, along said south line, 90. 0 feet to the point of
beginning for this description; thence N 16009' W, a-
long the south line of said Old St. Louis Road, 247. 65
feet; thence S 71000' W, 349 feet to the north line of
s said U.S. Route "50" East; thence S 49030' E, along the
north line of U.S. Route "50" East, 285. 33 feet; thence
i N 72059' E, 192. 03 feet to the point of beginning.
Bearings are magnetic from RS-2 (single family) to RA
(multiple dwelling) .
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
