AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING, AMENDING
AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON BY AMENDING
ORDINANCE 8508 , BY REZONING PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE MOUNT HOPE
HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON FROM C-2 COMMERCIAL T
RS-2 RESIDENTIAL.
WHEREAS, IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN ORDINANCE 850
RELATING TO REZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED WITH.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following described real property be re-
zoned from C-2 Commercial to RS-2 Residential, to-wit:
The westerly five feet of Lot No. 46, all of Lot No.
47, and the easterly ten feet of Lot No. 48, all in
Mount Hope Heights Subdivision, in the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, per plat of record in Plat Book
4, page 40, Cole County Recorder' s Office, from C-2
Commercial to RS-2 Residential.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
