,iPROVING THE PLAT OF SCHELLRIDGE SOUTH SUBDIVISION, SECTION 1, A
SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS HEREINAFTER DE-
'iSCRIBED.

HBE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
'; AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Inline, Inc. , and Eugene Schenewerk and Martha

ANSEL {ivated in the City of Jefferson, Missouri, having submitted to the

Council for approval a plat of said real estate, being located in
Jefferson City, Cole County, Missouri, and more particularly de-
scribed as follows :

Section 2. It appearing that said plat has been duly and pro
;1perly signed and accepted by the owners of said Subdivision, known

!fall taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the requirement
1fof Chapter 445, Revised Statutes of Missouri, 1949, and amendments

!; thereto, entitled "Plats" , have been fully complied with by the a-
!1foresaid owners of said Subdivision, and that in all respects the
requirements of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats and subdivisions have been

The plat of land of Inline, Inc, , and Eugene Schenewerk and
Martha Schenwerk, known and referred to as Schellridge South Sub-
division, Section 1, lying, being and situated within the corporate
limits of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat
hereto attached and made a part of this ordinance, is hereby ap-
proved and accepted by the City Council of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, and the Mayor of said City and the City Clerk of the City
of Jefferson, Missouri., after the passage and approval of this ord'--
nance are given the authority and are hereby directed to endorse a
ceptance of said plat thereon and to certify to the approval of sane
under the seal of the City of Jefferson, Missouri„
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its date of passage and approval.
