INTRODUCED BY COUNCILMAN � i I i ORDINANCE NO. sfly-I I CAN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND APPROVING THE PLAT OF WOODED TRAILS SUBDIVISION, SECTION 29 A SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Bernard J. and Donna J . Groner, Richard S. and Joann C. Groner, Delmar E. and Rita M. Picker, Thomas J. and Lola J. Parris, and Joseph, Jr. and Dorothy J. Miloro, owners of the real estate hereinafter described and situated in the City of Jefferson, Missouri, having submitted to the Council for approval a plat of said real estate, being located in Jefferson City, Cole County, Missouri, and more particularly described as follows : From the southeast corner of the northeast quarter of the northwest quarter of said Section 21; thence N5°37'W along the Quarter Section Line 33.91 feet to the most southerly corner of Tract "B" of Landwehr Hills Subdivision, Section 5, I as per Plat Book 8, Page 107, Cole County Recorder's Office, I� and the point of beginning for this description; thence continuing N5°37'W along the Quarter Section Line 150.00 feet; thence S66°00 'W, 213.98 feet to the east line of Lot 4 of Wooded Trails Subdivision, Section 1, as per Plat Book 9, Page 33, Cole County Recorder's Office; thence S18044'E, 104.14 feet to the northeast corner of Lot 2 of said Wooded Trails Subdivision, Section 1; thence S35°04'E, 90.00 feet to the southeast corner of said Lot 2; thence S54°56 'W along the south line of said Lot 2, 84.90 feet to the northwest corner of Lot 1 of said Wooded Trails Subdivision, Section 1 ; thence S35°04'E, along the east line of said II Lot 1, 100.00 feet to the north line of Hutton Lane; thence ialong the north line of said Hutton Lane the following courses : N54056 'E, 51. 85 feet; thence on a curve to the left having a radius of 166 .00 feet, 144. 83 feet; thence on a curve to the right having a radius of 255.38 feet, 93 .16 feet to the point of beginning. Containing in all, 1.13 acres , more or less . Section 2. It appearing that said plat has been duly and properly signed and accepted by the owners of said Subdivision, known and referred to as Wooded Trails Subdivision, Section 2, that all taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the requirements of Chapter 445, Revised Statutes of Missouri, 1949, and amendments thereto, entitled "Plats", have been fully complied with by the aforesaid owners of said Subdivision, and that in all respects the requirements of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats and subdivisions , have been complied with, NOW THEREFORE: The plat of land of Bernard J. and Donna J. Groner, Richard S. and Joann C. Groner, Delmar E. and Rita M. Picker, Thomas J. and Lola J. Parris , and Joseph, Jr. , and Dorothy J. Miloro, known and referred to as Wooded Trails Subdivision, Section 2, lying, being and situate within the corporate limits of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat hereto attached and made a part of this Ordinance, is hereby approved and accepted by the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, and the Mayor of said City and the City Clerk of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, after the passage and approval of this Ordinance are given the authority and are hereby directed to endorse acceptance of said plat thereon and to certify to the approval of same under the seal of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, Section 3.
