AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF TIMBER HILLS SUBDIVISION, SECTION 2, A
SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS HEREINAFTER
DESCRIBED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Bernard J. and Donna J. Groner, Richard S. and
Joann C. Groner, Delmar E. and Rita M. Picker, Thomas J. and
Lola J. Parris, and Joseph, Jr. , and Dorothy J. Miloro, owners of
the real estate hereinafter described and situated in the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, having submitted to the Council for approval
a plat of said real estate, being located in Jefferson City, Cole
County, Missouri, and more particularly described as follows :
From the southeast corner of Lot 14 of Timber Hills
Subdivision, Section 1, as per Plat Book 8, Page 113,
Cole County Recorder's Office; thence S3 0 08 'W, along
the Quarter Section Line, 62. 12 feet to the south line
of Nuthatch Drive; thence along the south line of said
Nuthatch Drive the following courses : Northwesterly
on a curve to the right having a radius of 148.48 feet,
129.26 feet; thence N51°59 'W, 141. 96 feet to the point
of beginning for this description; thence continuing
N51°59 'W along the southerly line of said Nuthatch Drive
310 feet to the southerly line of Eastland Drive; thence
along the southerly line of said Eastland Drive on a
curve to the right having a radius of 588.38 feet,
404.84 feet; thence leaving the south line of said
Eastland Drive on a bearing of S40056'E, 467.09 feet;
thence N49°04'E, 113.43 feet; thence S40°56 'E 42.98
feet; thence N49004'E, 60.00 feet; thence N47a49'03"E,

thence N49°04'E, 185.00 feet; thence N40°56 'W, 14. 72 feet;
thence N49°04'E, 123.85 feet; thence N40056 W, 300.00 feet
to the southeast corner of Lot 3 of said Timber Hills
Subdivision, Section 1; thence S49004'W along the south
line of said Lot 3, 123.85 feet to the east line of Wooded
Lane Road; thence S40056'E along the east line of said
Wooded Lane Road, 14. 72 feet; thence S490041W, 185.00 feet
to the point of beginning.

Beginning at the northwest corner of Lot 8 of Timber Hills
Subdivision, Section 1, as per Plat Book 8, Page 113, Cole
County Recorder's Office; thence along the north line of
said Lot 8 143.53 feet; thence N67°40'E 199.20 feet;
thence N15a12 'W, 41. 72 feet; thence S7 '04929"W, 338.60
feet to the east line of Timber Road; thence southerly
along the east line of said Timber Road the following
courses: S13056 'E, 34.35 feet; thence on a curve to the
left having a radius of 699.22 feet, 65.65 feet to the
point of beginning.

Section 2. It appearing that said plat has been duly and
properly signed and accepted by the owners of said Subdivision,
known and referred to as Timber .:Hills Subdivision, Section 2,
that all taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the
requirements of Chapter 445, Revised Statutes ofMissouri, 1949,
and amendments thereto, entitled "Plats" , have been fully complied
with by the aforesaid owners of said Subdivision, and that in all
respects the requirements of the Planning and Zoning Commission
of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats and
subdivisions , have been complied with, NOW THEREFORE:
The plat of land of Bernard J. and Donna J. Groner, Richard
S. and Joann C. Groner, Delmar E. and Rita M. Picker, Thomas J.
and Lola J. Parris , and Joseph, Jr. , and Dorothy J. Miloro, known
and referred to as Timber Hills Subdivision, Section 2, lying,
being and situate within the corporate limits of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat hereto attached and
made a part of this Ordinance, is hereby approved and accepted by
the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, and the Mayor
of said City and the City Clerk of the City of Jefferson, Missouri
after the passage and approval of this Ordinance are given the
authority and are hereby directed to endorse acceptance of said
plat thereon and to certify to the approval of same under the seal
® of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
