IAN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING, AMENDIN
JAND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON BY AMENDING
( ORDINANCE 8508, BY REZONING PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE MOUNT HOPE
HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON FROM RS-2 RESIDENTIAL
TO RA MULTIPLE DWELLING.
WHEREAS, IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN ORDINANCE 850
;' RELATING TO REZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED WITH.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the . f.ollowing described real property be re-
: zoned from RS-2 Residential to RA Multiple Dwelling, to-wit:
Part of Reserved Tract No. 1, of Mount Hope Heights,
in the City of Jefferson, Missouri, a subdivision of part
of Private Survey No. 2701, per plat of record in Plat
Book 4 , page 40, Cole County Recorder' s Office, and more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the northwesterly corner of Lot No.
73, . of said Mount Hope Heights Subdivision; thence
South 67 degrees 50 minutes east, along the southerly
line of said Reserved Tract No. 1, 439.98 feet, to the
northeasterly corner of Lot No. 67 of said Mount Hope
Heights Subdivision; thence North 22 degrees 10 minutes
east, 102. 5 feet; thence South 67 degrees 50 minutes east,
300 feet, to a point on the easterly line of said Re-
served Tract No. 1, which is 102.5 feet northerly from
the southeasterly corner thereof; thence North 22 degrees
10 minutes east, along the easterly line of said Reserved
Tract No. 1, 162. 5 feet, to the northeasterly corner of
said Reserved Tract and the southeasterly corner of Lot
No. 17 of Mount Hope Heights Subdivision; thence North
i 67 degrees 50 minutes west, along the northerly line
�{ of said Reserved Tract No. 1, 873. 45 feet, to the north-
westerly corner of said Reserved Tract; thence South 4
degrees 34 minutes east, along the westerly line of said
i Reserved Tract, 296. 72 feet, to the point of beginning.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
