IAN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING, AMENDING
AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON BY AMENDING
ORDINANCE 8508, BY REZONING PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2003 SOUTHRIDGE
DRIVE, FROM RS-2 RESIDENTIAL TO C-1 NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL.
WHEREAS, IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN ORDINANCE 850

, RELATING TO REZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED WITH.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following described real property be re-
zoned from RS-2 Residential to C-1 Neighborhood Commercial, to-wit
0. 5 acre, more or less, in the southeast quarter of
the northeast quarter of Section 23, Township 44 , Range
12 , Cole County, Missouri, described more particularly
as follows:
From the southeast corner of the northeast quarter
of said section 23 , run thence north along the section
line 2079-1/2 links; thence west parallel with the north
line of said section 187.6 feet to the southerly right-
of-way-line of Cole County Route "C" and the point of
beginning of this description; thence southwesterly along
€ said southerly right-of-way-line 130 feet; thence south
7 degrees 12 minutes west, 162. 7 feet; thence north 81
degrees 40 minutes east, 125 feet; thence north parallel
with the east boundary of said section 209.75 feet to the
point of beginning.

Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
lifrom and after its passage and approval.
