AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING, AMENDIN
AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON BY AMENDING
ORDINANCE 8508, BY REZONING A LOT IN TRACT C OF SOUTHWOOD HILLS
ADDITION, FROM RS-2 RESIDENTIAL TO RA MULTIPLE DWELLING.
WHEREAS, IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN ORDINANCE 850
RELATING TO REZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED WITH.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following described real property be re-
zoned from RS-2 Residential to RA Multiple Dwelling, to-wit:
A lot in Tract C of Southwood Hills Addition, in
the City of Jefferson, Missouri, more particularly de-
scribed as follows:
Starting at the southwest corner of Tract C; thence
north 30 08' East, along the west boundary a distance of
159. 00 feet; thence South 860 32' East, a distance of
155.09 feet, more or less, to the east boundary of Tract
C, a distance of 137. 95 feet to the southeast corner of
Tract C; thence North 850 30' East, along the south bound-
ary of Tract C, a distance of 190. 80 feet to the point
of beginning.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full fore and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
