AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF WESTWOODRIDGE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 6, A
SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS HEREINAFTER
DESCRIBED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Oscar H. Ott and Lucy E. Ott, owners of the real
estate hereinafter described, and situated in the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, having submitted to the Council for approval
a plat of said real estate, being located in Jefferson City, Cole
County, Missouri, and more particularly described as follows:
Part of the northwest quarter of Section 34, Township 45N,
Range 12W, in the City of Jefferson, County of Cole,
Missouri, more particularly described as follows:
From the northwest corner of the southwest quarter
of said Section 34; thence N33°23' 20"E, 290.68 feet to the
point of beginning for this description; thence continuing
N33°23 '20"E, 1216. 81 feet; thence S56°16 '40"E, 125.00 feet;
thence N33°23'20"E, 11 .00 feet; thence S56°36 '40"E, 170.00
feet; thence S33 023'20"W, 533.00 feet; thence S56°36 '40"E,
40.00 feet; thence S33°23120"W, 186 .89 feet; thence
S70 014'42"E, 118.01 feet; thence S12°45'00"W, 237. 48 feet;
thence 77°32 '34"W, 74. 69 feet; thence N78°06'08"W, 218. 73
feet; thence N82°02'03"W, 60.00 feet ; thence S7 057' 57"W,
75.00 feet; thence N82 002 '03"W, 263.64 feet to the ooint
of beginning. Containing in all, 9.04 acres . Bearings
are magnetic.
Section 2. It aupearing that said plat has been duly and
properly signed and accepted by the owners of said Subdivision,
known and referred to as Westwoodridge Subdivision, Section 6,
that all taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the
requirements of Chapter 445, Revised Statutes of Missouri, 1.949,
and amendments thereto, entitled "Plats", have been fully
complied with by the aforesaid owners of said Subdivision, and
that in all respects the requirements of the Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats
and subdivisions , have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE:

The plat of land of Oscar H. Ott and Lucy E. Ott, known and
referred to as Westwoodridge Subdivision, Section 6, lying, being
and situate within the corporate limits of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, as shown by the said plat hereto attached, and made a
part of this ordinance, is hereby approved and accepted by the
City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, and the Mayor and
City Clerk of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, after the passage
and approval of this ordinance, are given authority and are hereby
AOL directed to endorse acceptance of said plat thereon, and to certify
to the approval of same under the seal of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
