AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF WESTWOODRIDGE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 7, A
SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS HEREINAFTER
DESCRIBED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Oscar H. Ott and Lucy E. Ott, owners of the real
estate hereinafter described, and situated in the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, having submitted to the Council for approval
a plat of said real estate, being located in Jefferson City, Cole
( County, Missouri, and more particularly described as follows:
I Part of the northwest quarter cf Section 23, Township 45N,
Range 12 W, in the City of Jefferson, County of Cole,
Missouri, more particularly described as follows:
From the northwest corner of the southwest quarter

Section 2. It appearing that said plat has been duly and
properly signed and accepted by the owners of said Subdivision,
known and referred to as Westwoodridge Subdivision, Section 7,
that all taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the
requirements of Chapter 445, Revised Statutes of Missouri, 1949,
and amendments thereto entitled "Plats", have been fully complied
with by the aforesaid owners of said Subdivision, and that in all
e !� respects the requirements of the Planning and Zoning Commission
of the City of Jefferson, Missouri relating to plats and
Isubdivisions, have been complied with.

The plat of land of Oscar H. Ott and Lucy E. Ott , known and
referred to as Westwoodridge Subdivision, Section 7, lying, being
and situate within the corporate limits of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, as shown by the said plat hereto attached, and made a
part of this ordinance, is hereby approved and accepted by the
City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, and the Mayor and
City Clerk of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, after the passage
and approval of this ordinance, are given authority and are hereby
directed to endorse acceptance of said plat thereon, and to
certify to the approval of same under the seal of the City of
Amok Jefferson, Missouri.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
