INTRODUCED BY COUNCILMAN
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSO , MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING AND
DIRECTING THE MAYOR OF THE CITY AND THE CITY CLERK OF SAID CITY
TO APPROVE, ON BEHALF OF THE CITY, THE PURCHASE OF CERTAIN BUILDINGS
ON THE JEFFERSON CITY MEMORIAL AIRPORT LEASED TO WILLIAM E. ASEL.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Bill of Sale for said buildings shall read
in words and figures as follows:
(see attached) .
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force and effect from and after the date of its
passage and approval.

BILL OF SALE
I, WILLIAM E. ASEL, of Jefferson City, Missouri, in con-
sideration of Four Thousand Dollars ($4,000.00) paid me by the
City of Jefferson, Missouri, through the Jefferson City Memorial
Airport Commission, do hereby sell, grant, assign and transfer
unto the said City of Jefferson a Multi-T Hangar located on the
Jefferson City Memorial Airport and on land leased by William E.
Asel D/B/A Industrial Aviation of Jefferson City, Missouri, dated
July 1, 1968 and extended to June 30, 1978, and a Single-T Hangar
�. located on the Jefferson City Memorial Airport on land leased by
William E. Asel under a lease dated July 1, 1966 and extended to
June 30, 1981. Possession of said Multi-T Hangar and Single-T
Hangar shall be surrendered to the City of Jefferson City, Missouri
within thirty (30) days of the date that the Four Thousand Dollars
($4,000.00) mentioned above is paid by the City of Jefferson to
William E. Asel.
William E. Asel for himself, his heirs, executors and ad-
ministrators, covenant and agree to and with the said City of
Jefferson, Missouri, to warrant and defend the sale of said hangars
unto the said City of Jefferson against all lawful claims and
William E. Asel states that said hangars are free and clear of
all encumbrances.

• William E. Asel, of lawful age, and first being, duly sworn,
stages that he has executed the above Bill of Sale as his free
act and deed and states that he has authority to sell said hangars
to the City of Jefferson, Missouri, and that said hangars are free
and clear of all encumbrances.
