AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING ORDINANCE
NO. 8177, THE PARKING AND TRAFFIC CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, BY PROHIBITING PARKING BETWEEN 8 :00 A.M. and 4 :00 P.M.
ON MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY ON THE NORTH SIDE OF OBERMAN PLACE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
i Section 1. Amend Section 10.110, Subsection 2, by adding a
new paragraph to be numbered (15) and to read as follows:
(15)On the north side of Oberman Place, Monday through Friday
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its date of passage and approval.
