AMENDING AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
BY AMENDING ORDINANCE 8508 , BY REZONING A TRACT OF LAND LOCATED
i AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SOUTHWEST BOULEVARD AND SOUTHRIDGE
j DRIVE, FROM C-2 GENERAL COMMERCIAL, C-1 NEIGHBORHOOD COMMER-
CIAL, RA MULTIPLE DWELLING, AND RS-2 SINGLE FAMILY, ALL TO
i C-2 GENERAL COMMERCIAL.
WHEREAS, IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN ORDINANCE
8508, RELATING TO REZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED
WITH. i
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following described real property
be rezoned from C-2 General Commercial, C-1 Neighborhood
Commercial, RA Multiple Dwelling, and RS-2 Single Family, all
to C-2 General Commercial, to-wit:
Part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter
of Section 13, Township 44, Range 12 , in the City of
Jefferson, Cole County, Missouri, more particularly
described as follows:
From the Northwest corner of the Southeast Quarter
of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 13; thence
South 5 degrees 10 minutes East, 658 feet; thence
North 84 degrees 50 minutes East, 30 feet; thence
South 5 degrees 10 minutes East, 116 . 78 feet to the
point of beginning for this description; thence
North 84 degrees 50 minutes East, 135 feet; thence
South 5 degrees 10 minutes East, 544 . 00 feet; thence
South 46 degrees 43 minutes 30 seconds, West, :110. 86
feet; thence North 43 degrees 25 minutes 30 seconds
Northwest, 10 feet; thence South 46 degrees 43 minutes

to the point of beginning.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
