i AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING,
AMENDING AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
BY AMENDING ORDINANCE 8508, BY REZONING A TRACT OF LAND IN
SECTION 13, TOWNSHIP 44 NORTH, RANGE 12 WEST, IN THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, FROM RA MULTIPLE DWELLING, RD DUPLEX
AND RS-2 SINGLE FAMILY ALL TO RD DUPLEX.
WHEREAS, IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN ORDINANCE
8508, RELATING TO REZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED
WITH.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following described real property
be rezoned from RA Multiple Dwelling, RD Duplex, and RS-2
Single Family, all to RD Duplex, to-wit:
Part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter
of Section 13, Township 44 North, Range 12 West, in the
City of Jefferson, Cole County, Missouri, more parti-
cularly described as follows:
From the Northwest corner of the Southeast Quarter of
the Southwest Quarter of said Section 13; thence North
85 degrees 14 minutes 03 seconds East, 30 feet, along
quarter quarter Section line; thence North 5 degrees
10 minutes West, 60 feet, to a point on the southerly
right-of-way line of Sunset Lake Road; thence in a
southeasterly direction along said southerly right-
of-way line a distance of 210 feet, to a point on the
same said quarter quarter section line; thence North
85 degrees 14 minutes 03 seconds East, along said
quarter quarter Section line, 170 feet; thence South
2 degrees 39 minutes 45 seconds East, a distance of
297. 59 feet; thence deflecting 76 degrees 0 minutes
right, a distance of 230 feet; thence South 5 degrees
10 minutes East, 105 feet, more or less; thence de-
flecting 90 degrees 0 minutes right, a distance of
165 feet, to a point on the quarter quarter Section
line; thence North 5 degrees 10 minutes West, a dis-
tance of 550 feet to the point of beginning.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
