ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING,
AMENDING AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
BY AMENDING ORDINANCE 8508, BY REZONING A TRACT OF LAND WHICH
IS PART OF CRADER ADDITION, IN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
FROM THE PRESENT ZONING TO C-1 NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL.
WHEREAS, IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN ORDINANCE
8508, RELATING TO REZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED
WITH.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following described real property be
rezoned from its present zoning to C-1, Neighborhood Commercial,
to-wit:
Part of Crader Addition, in the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, as per plat of record in Plat ]Book 5, at
page 65, in the office of the Recorder of Deeds of
Cole County, Missouri, more particularly described
as follows:
Beginning at the southeast corner of Lot No. 14N;
thence in a northerly direction along and with the
east line and the continuation thereof, to the north
right-of-way line of Crader Drive; thence in a west-
erly direction along and with the south line of Loy
No. 9I, to the southwest corner thereof; thence in a
northerly direction along and with the west line of
Lot 9I, to the northwest corner thereof; thence north
89 degrees 32 minutes west, 50 feet; thence due north,
to the north right-of-way line of Sun Valley Drive;
thence in a easterly direction along said right-of-
way line, to the southeast corner of Lot No. 2B;
thence in a northerly direction along and with the
east line thereof, to the northeast corner of Lot No.
® 2B; thence in a easterly direction along and with
the northerly line of Lot No. 1A, to the west right-
of-way line of Southwest Boulevard; thence in a south-
erly direction along said right-of-way line to a point
which intersects the southerly line of Section 13;
thence in a westerly direction along and with the
southerly line of said Section 13, 295.0 feet to the
point of beginning.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
