AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF LAHR SUBDIVISION, SECTION ONE, A SUB-
DIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS HEREINAFTER
DESCRIBED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Joseph P. Lahr and Rita M. Lahr, owners
of the real estate hereinafter described and situated in the
City of Jefferson, Missouri, having submitted to the Council
for approval of a plat of said real estate, being located in
Jefferson City, Cole County, Missouri, and more particularly
described as follows:
Part of Private Survey No. 2701, Township 44, Range 11,
in the City of Jefferson, County of Cole, Missouri, more
particularly described as follows:
From the northeast corner of the Southeast Quarter of
the Northwest Quarter of Section 22, Township 44, Range
11; thence South 83 degrees 15 minutes West along the
south line of Private Survey No. 2701, 1256.98 feet, to
the southeast corner of Landwehr Hills Subdivision,
Section 3, as per plat of record in Book 7, pages 74
and 75, Cole County Recorder' s Office; thence North
5 degrees 18 minutes West, along the east line of said
Landwehr Hills Subdivision, Section 3, 447 .99 feet to the
point of beginning for this description; thence con-
tinuing North 5 degrees 18 minutes West, 1332. 00 feet;
thence North 84 degrees 42 minutes East, 197. 58 feet;
Aft thence South 5 degrees 18 minutes East, 797. 02 feet;
thence North 84 degrees 42 minutes East, 132. 79 feet to
the West line of Luebbert-Rothove Subdivision, Section
Two, as per plat of record in Book 8, page 11, Cole
County Recorder' s Office; thence South 00 degrees
28 minutes West along the west line of Lot 44, of said
Luebbert-Rothove Subdivision, Section Two, 57. 88 feet
to the southwest corner thereof; thence South 3 degrees
29 minutes West along the west line of Lot 45, of said
Luebbert-Rothove Subdivision, Section Two, 131. 88 feet
to the southwest corner thereof; thence South 83 degrees
35 minutes West along the north line of Lot 54, of said
Luebbert-Rothove Subdivision, Section Two, 106. 86 feet
to the northwest corner thereof; thence South 5 degrees
18 minutes East along the west line of said Lot 54, and
the West end of Midway Street, 220. 02 feet; thence
South 01 degrees 18 minutes East along the west end
of said Midway Street and along the west line of Lot 53,
of said Luebbert-Rothove Subdivision, Section Two, 125. 04
feet to the southwest corner of said Lot 53; thence
South 84 degrees 29 minutes West, 60. 02 feet; thence
South 84 degrees 42 minutes West, 128. 85 feet to the
point of beginning. Bearings are magnetic.

Section 2. It appearing that said plat has been duly
and properly signed and accepted by the owners of said Sub-
division, known and referred to as Lahr Subdivision, Section
One, that all taxes have been paid, and that in all respects
the requirements of Chapter 445, Revised Statutes of Missouri,
1949, and amendments thereto, entitles "Plats" , have been
fully complied with by the aforesaid owners of said Subdivision,
and that in all respects the requirements of the Planning and
Zoning Commission of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating
to plats and subdivisions, have been complied with, NOW THERE-
FORE:
The plat of land of Joseph P. Lahr and Rita M. Lahr,
known and referred to asLahr Subdivision, Section One, lying,
being and situate within the corporate limits of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat hereto attached
and made a part of this Ordinance, is hereby approved and
accepted by the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri,
and the Mayor of said City and the City Clerk of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, after its passage and approval of this
Ordinance are given the authority and are hereby directed to
endorse acceptance of said plat thereon and to certify to the
Amok approval of same under the seal of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its passage and approval.
