ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF ED-NOR SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION OF THE
CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AS HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Edward L. Hasselman and Norma J. Hasselman,
onwers of the real estate hereinafter described, and situated
in the City of Jefferson, Missouri, having submitted to the
Council for approval a plat of said real estate, being located
in Jefferson City, Cole County, Missouri, and more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the southeast corner of said Outlot No.
54; thence north 42 degrees 30 minutes 35 seconds,
west, along the south line of said Outlot No. 54 ,
24. 0 feet; thence north 47 degrees 04 minutes 15
seconds east, 95. 0 feet; thence north 42 degrees
30 minutes 35 seconds west, 95. 00 feet to the east
line of a tract of land conveyed to Henry J. Westhues
and wife by deed of record in Book 104, page 331, Cole
County Recorder' s Office; thence north 47 degrees
04 minutes 15 seconds east, along the east line of
said Westhues tract, and the east line of a tract of
land conveyed to Henry J. Westhues and wife by deed
of record in Book 104 , page 332, Cole County Recorder' s
Office; 286. 08 feet to the south line of Karen Drive;
thence south 66 degrees 17 minutes 45 seconds east,
along the south line of Karen Drive, 59. 80 feet to the
east line of Taylor Street; thence north 27 degrees
43 minutes 15 seconds east, along the east line of
Taylor Street, 20. 5 feet to the south line of Dawson
Lane; thence south 72 degrees 18 minutes 45 seconds
east, along the south line of Dawson Lane, 232 . 24 feet
to the northwest corner of a tract of land conveyed to
Richard Frank and Dessie Frank, his wife per deed of
record in Book 90, page 31, Cole County Recorder' s
'Office; thence south 47 degrees 07 minutes 15 seconds
..west, along the west line of said Frank tract and the
southwesterly extension thereof, 539. 92 feet to the
south line of said Outlot No. 72; thence north 42
degrees 30 minutes 35 seconds west, along said south
line of Outlot No. 72, 131. 0 feet to the point of be-
ginning. Containing in all 2.45 acres, more or less.
Bearings are magnetic. i
Section 2. It appearing that said plat has been duly and
properly signed and accepted by the owners of said Subdivision,
known and referred to as Ed-Nor Subdivision, that all taxes

have been paid, and that in all respects the requirements of f
Chapter 445, Revised Statutes of Missouri, 1949 , and amendments
thereto, entitled "Plats" , have been fully complied with by the

aforesaid owners of said Subdivision, and that in all respects
the requirements of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the
City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats and subdivisions
have been complied with, NOW THEREFORE:
The plat of land of Edward L. Hasselman and Norma J.
Hasselman, known and referred to as Ed-Nor Subdivision, lying,
being and situate within the corporate limits of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri , as shown by the said plat hereto attached
and made a part of this ordinance, is hereby approved and
accepted by the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri,
and the Mayor of said City and the City Clerk of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, after the passage and approval of this
ordinance, are qiven the authority and are hereby directed to
endorse acceptance of said plat thereon and to certify to the
approval of same under the seal of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its passage and approval.
