AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, TO REFUND
THE APPLICATION FOR LICENSE FEE FOR LICENSE TO SELL INTOXICATING
LIQUORS.
E IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
ISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. WHEREAS, Ray Lavender and LeRoy E. Welch
have made application for a license to sell intoxicating
liquors at retail for consumption on the premises where same
is sold, and have deposited with said application the sum of
hree Hundred Thirty-Seven and 50/100 ($337. 50) Dollars; and
said business was to be conducted at 213 East High Street,
in the City of Jefferson, Missouri;
Section 2. WHEREAS, the said applicants were unable to
lease the premises at 213 East High Street, in the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, and have advised the Board of Liquor
ontrol, License Inspector, City of Jefferson, Missouri,
hat they wish to withdraw said application; and
Section 3. WHEREAS , pursuant to Section 383 of the
AML
Revised Ordinances of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, 1956,
he City Council deems it desirable to refund said license
ee to applicants in the amount of Three Hundred Thirty-
even and 50/100 ($337.50) Dollars, and authorizes the Mayor
and City Clerk to issue a warrant for said amount.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and approval..
