SUBDIVISION, SECTION ONE, A SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Richard S. Groner, Joann C. Groner, Bernard J. Groner, Donna J. Groner, and John W. Groner, by Lydia Groner, power of Attorney, owners of the real estate hereinafter described and situated in the City of Jefferson, Missouri, having submitted to the Council for approval a plat of said real estate, being ® located in Jefferson City, Cole County, Missouri, and more particularly described as follows : A part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 21, Township 44 N, Range 11 W, in the City of Jefferson, County of Cole, Missouri, and being more particularly described as follows: Starting at center of Section 21, thence northerly along the Quarter Section Line 171.60 to the center of a former County Road, now abandoned; thence westerly along the center of said Road on the following courses and distances: N66°OOW, 240. 9' ; thence N74°30'W, 393. 36' ; thence N64°301W, 226. 38' ; thence N69°20 'W, 231 . 0' ; thence leaving the center of said Road N12,301E9 20.0' to the northerly line of said abandoned Road; thence N77°30'W, along said northerly line, 115.51 ; thence N12°30' E, 257.4' ; thence S79 04' E, 44. 3' ; thence N540561E9 489.64' to the point of be inning of this description; thence continuing on N54°56'E, 224 . 16 ' to a. point on the westerly R/W of Timber Road; thence S18043'E along said RN line 38.0' ; thence 56°41' E along said R/W line 154. 54' ; thence continuing along said R/W line S35004'E, 57.6 to a point on the northerly R/W of Hutton Lane; thence S540561W, 140.0' along said northerly R/W; thence leaving the said northerly R/W N350041W, 230.0' to the point of beginning. Section 2. It appearing that said plat has been duly and 1properly signed and accepted by the owners of said Subdivision, known and referred to as G. B. Subdivision, Section One, that all taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the requirements of Chapter 445, Revised Statutes of Missouri, 1949, and amendments thereto, entitled "Plats", have been fully complied with by the aforesaid owners of said Subdivision, and that in all respects the re quinements of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating, to plats and subdivisions have been complied with, NOW THEREFORE: �I a ® The plat of land of Richard S. Subdivision, Section One, lying, being and situate within the corporate limits of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat hereto attached and made a part of this ordinance, is hereby approved and accepted by the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, and the Mayor of said City and the City Clerk of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, after the passage and approval of this ordinance, are given the authority and are hereby directed to endorse acceptance of said plat thereon and to certify to the approval of same under the seal of the City of Jefferson, Missouri. Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and approval.
