ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AMENDING
ORDINANCE 8508, THE ZONING ORDINANCE, BY STIPULATING THE
FILING FEE WHEN MAKING APPLICATION TO THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OE' JEFFERSON,
ISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Sectin 1. Ordinance 8508, the Zoning Ordinance, shall
be amended by adding Sub-Section (5) to Section 9 .A as
follows:
(5) Before any action shall be taken as provided in
this section, the party or parties proposing or
requesting an interpretation, variance, exception
or conditional use permit shall deposit with the

City Clerk the sum of ($5#;:90)($• ) dollars to
cover the approximate cost of this procedure and
under no condition shall said sum or any part
thereof be refunded for failure of said change to
be adopted by the Council.
® Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its passage and approval.
