AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING
AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND CLERK OF THE CITY TO EXECUTE A
WRITTEN AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES WITH HARLAND
BARTHOLOMEW AND ASSOCIATES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The Mayor and Clerk of the City are hereby
® authorized and directed, for and in the name of the City,
to execute an agreement for professional services with
Harland Bartholomew and Associates.
SECTION 2. Said agreement shall read in words and figures
as follows:

SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and approval.

WHEREAS, the Consultant is-a peiftership ipicializing in city plann
civil engineering and,landsea�►e architecture and regularly offers to those in
need of Mich service consulting services in all of the above fields, particularly
in city.planning' matters; and
WHEREAS, the City has determined to retain .the Consultant as more

NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto do mutually agree as follows:
