AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING,
AMENDING, AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON
BY AMENDING ORDINANCE 8508, BY REZONING LOTS IN MOUNT HOPE
HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, FROM RS-2 RESIDENTIAL TO RA MULTIPLE
DWELLING.
WHEREAS, IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN ORDINANCE
8508 , RELATING TO REZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED
WITH.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF JEFFERSONJ, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following described real property be
rezoned from RS-2 Residential to RA Multiple Dwelling, to-wit:
All of Lots 42, 43, 44, 45 and all except the
westerly five (51 ) feet of Lot 46, of Mount
Hope Heights Subdivision, as per plat of re-
cord in Plat Book 4, page 40, Cole County Re-
corder's Office. Also, a strip of ground
twenty (20' ) feet wide (even width) off the
southwesterly end of Lots forty (40) and forty-
one (41) of Mount Hope Heights Subdivision.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
