AN ORDINANCE LEVYING AND ASSESSING A SPECIAL TAX BILL AGAINST THE LOTS OR TRACTS OF LAND FRONTING AND ABUTTING ON THE ROADWAY OF Riverside Park Community Development Project-Phase B IN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF SAID ROADWAY. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS : SECTION 1. There is hereby levied and assessed at the rate and cost price per front foot as specified in Section 2 of this Ordinance, against the aggregate lots or tracts of land fronting or abutting on the roadway of Riverside Park Community Develonment Pro.jecl-Phase B in the City of Jefferson, Missouri, for the improvement of said roadway, the sum of $161, 250. 70 as the total costs of the improvement of said street and the number of front feet fronting or abutting said roadway, amount to 2,269. 35 front feet ; the cost price per front foot is $5. 00 SECTION 2. For the purpose of paying said improvement of said roadway, there is hereby levied and assessed the sum of $5. 00 as a special tax against each front foot of ground fronting or abutting said roadway, and contained in such lot or piece of ground fronting or abutting said improved roadway. SECTION 3.
