AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , ACCEPTING AND APPROVING THE PLAT OF HOLIDAY HILLS ESTATES, SECTION 3, A SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Larry V. Brickey and Arleta R. Brickey and Louis H. Vetter and Naomi J. Vetter, owners of the real estate hereinafter described and situated in the City of Jefferson, Missouri, having submitted to the Council for approval of a plat of said real estate, being located in Jefferson City, Cole County, Missouri, and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the southwesterly corner of Outlot No. 88 ; thence north 35 degrees 02 minutes East, along the westerly line of said Outlot No. 88, 308. 35 feet; thence South 43 degrees 24 minutes 13 seconds East, 134.99 feet to a point on the northerly line of a Cut-De-Sac on Holiday Drive; thence on a curve to the right, having a radius of 50. 0 feet, a distance of 53. 88 feet; thence North 46 degrees 44 minutes 15 seconds East, 86. 12 feet, thence South 75 degrees 30 minutes 13 seconds East, 85. 07 feet; thence South 12 degrees 03 minutes East, 258. 14 feet to the north- easterly corner of Lot No. 22, Holiday Hills Estates, Section 1, per plat of record in Plat Book 6, page 87, Cole County Recorder' s Office; thence South 85 degrees 44 minutes West, along the northerly line of Lot Nos. 22 , 23, 24, 25, 26, and 27, 370. 02 feet, to the northwesterly corner of said Lot No. 27; thence South 35 degrees 02 minutes West, along the westerly line of said Lot No. 27, 93. 82 feet; thence North 54 degrees 58 minutes West, along the easterly extension of the northerly line of Lot Nos. 43 and 42 of said Holiday Hills Estates, Section 1, and along the northerly line of said Lot Nos. 43 and 42, and the westerly extension thereof, 195. 56 feet to a point in the center of Jackson Street (vacated) ; thence s North 35 degrees 02 minutes East, along the center. of Jackson Street (vacated) , 61. 65 feet; thence South 54 degrees 58 minutes East, 15. 0 feet to the northwesterly corner of Outlot No. 91; thence North 35 degrees 02 minutes East, along the east line of Jackson Street 30. 0 feet, to the point of beginning. a Containing in all 3. 11 acres more or less. Bearing's are magnetic. Section 2 . It appearing that said plat has been duly and properly signed and accepted by the owners of said Sub- division, known and referred to as Holiday Hills Estates, e Section 3, that all taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the requirements of Chapter 445, Revised Statutes of Missouri, 1949, and amendments thereto, entitles "Plats" , have been fully complied with by the aforesaid owners of said Subdivision, and that in all respects the requirements of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats and subdivisions, have been com- plied with, NOW THEREFORE: The plat of land of Larry V. Brickey and Arleta R. Brickey, and Louis H. Vetter and Naomi J. Vetter, known and referred to as Holiday Hills Estates, Section 3, lying, being and situate within the corporate limits of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat hereto attached and made a part of this Ordinance, is hereby approved and accepted by the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, and the Mayor of said City and the City Clerk of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, after its passage and approval of this Ordinance are given I the authority and are hereby directed to endorse acceptance of said plat thereon and to certify to the approval of said under the seal of the City of Jefferson, Missouri. 's Section 3. This Ordinance shall. be in full force and effect from and after the date of its passage and approval.
