AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING
ORDINANCE 8914, RELATING TO CITY EMPLOYEES PERSONNEL POLICY, BY
ADDING A NEW SUB-SECTION RELATING TO THE CONDUCT OF CITY EMPLOYEES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amend Ordinance 8914, Section 1, by adding a new
Sub-section to be known as (c) , and to read as follows :
"(c) Any City Employee who, in the course of his
employment, is required to operate city vehicles
and/or equipment, whose Driver's License is
suspended 'or revoked by the Missouri Director
of Revenue, may be automatically terminated
from employment by the City."
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
