AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 8177 , THE PARKING AND TRAFFIC CODE OF THE CITY
OF JEFFERSON, BY ADDING A NEW SECTION RELATING TO MOTOR
EHICLE LICENSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amend Ordinance 8177, The Parking and
RP Traffic Code of the City of Jefferson, by adding a new Sub-
section, under Section 12. 010 , to be known as (c) and to
read as follows:
" (c) For the purpose of this Article only the word
'resident' shall include students (full or part
time) , living within the City limits, except those
students whose vehicle is licensed by another City
or State, or whose vehicle registration is other
than within this City. "
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its passage and approval.
