ORDINANCE NO. 11
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 8177, THE PARKING AND TRAFFIC CODE OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, BY PROHIBITING PARKING ON A PORTION OF EAST MILLER
STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amend Ordinance No. 8177, The Parking and Traffic
Code, of the City of Jefferson, Section 10. 100, Prohibiting Parking
at all times , where, by adding a new Sub-section to be known as
(649) and to read as follows:
"(649) On the north half of Miller Street east,
from Locust Street to within one hundred
(100) feet of the intersection of Cherry
Street."
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
