ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 8177, THE PARKING AND TRAFFIC CODE OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, BY PROHIBITING PARKING ON A PORTION OF CAPITOL AVENUE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amend Ordinance No. 8177, the Parking and Traffic
Code of the City of Jefferson, Section 10.100, Prohibiting Parking
at all times, where, by adding a new Sub-section to be known as
(131) and to read as follows:

(131) On the south half of Capitol Avenue east, for
a distance of fifty (50) feet from the east
curb of Jackson Street."
Section 2. This ordinance sb all be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
