AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING,
AMENDING AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON
BY AMENDING ORDINANCE 8508 , BY REZONING PROPERTY LOCATED IN
THE ED-NOR EAST SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON FROM
RS-4 SINGLE FAMILY TO RA MULTIPLE DWELLING.
WHEREAS, IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN ORDINANCE
8508 RELATING TO REZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED
WITH.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following described real property
be rezoned from RS-4 Single Family to RA Multiple Dwelling,
to-wit:
Part of Outlot No. 72, in the City of Jefferson,
County of Cole, Missouri, being more particularly
described as follows:
From the southwest corner of said Outlot No. 72 ;
thence South 42 degrees 30 minutes 35 seconds East
along the south line of said Outlot, 131. 0 feet to
the point of beginning for this description; thence
continuing South 42 degrees 30 minutes 35 seconds
East, along said south line of Outlot No. 72 , 160. 0
feet; thence North 47 degrees 07 minutes 15 seconds
East, 200. 0 feet to a point on the south line of a
tract of land conveyed to Richard Frank and Dessie
Frank, his wife, per deed of record in Book 90, page
31, Cole County Recorder' s Office; thence North
42 degrees 30 minutes 35 seconds West, along the
south line of said Frank tract, 160. 0 feet to the
most westerly corner thereof; thence South 47 degrees
07 minutes 15 seconds West, 200. 0 feet to the point
of beginning. Containing in all 0. 74 acres, more or
less.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
