AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR AND CLERK OF THE CITY TO EXECUTE A QUIT CLAIM DEED
TO United Pentecostal Church
FOR PART OF RENN ADDITION, PER PLAT OR RECORD IN PLAT BOOK

OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS
FOLLOWS :
BEGINNING AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF LOT NO. 13 , IN
BLOCK NO. 27 , OF RENN ADDITION: THENCE SOUTH ALONG THE
WEST LINE OF SAID LOT NO. 130 130. 00 FEET TO SOUTHWEST
CORNER THEREOF; THENCE DEFLECTING 89037148" TO THE
RIGHT, 137 . 93 FEET, TO A POINT; THENCE DEFLECTING
136052112" TO THE RIGHT, 190. 15 FEET, TO THE POINT OF
BEGINNING. SUBJECT TO ANY EXISTING UTILITY EASEMENTS.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The Mayor and Clerk of the City are hereby
authorized and directed , for and in the name of the City, to
execute a quit claim deed to United Pentecostal Church
for the above described property, for the sum of $500. 00
SECTION 2 . A copy of said quit claim deed is attached
hereto.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and approval.
