ORDINANCE NO. X03
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 90229 WHICH ESTABLISHED VOTING PRECINCT IN THE
WARDS OF THE CITY, AND DEFINED THE BOUNDARIES THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1, Amend Ordinance No. 9022, Section 1, Sub-section
E —Fifth Ward, by eliminating Precinct No. 5 and changing
Precinct No. 4 to read as follows :
"4th Precinct - The fourth precinct shall be bounded as
follows: Beginning at a point where the centerline of
Chestnut Street is intersected by the centerline of
Leslie Boulevard; thence easterly along the centerline
of Leslie Boulevard to the centerline of Moreau Drive;
thence southerly along the centerline of Moreau Drive to
the westerly extension of the centerline of the out-lot
alley separating outlots 105 and 106 of said City;
thence easterly along said extension and the centerline
of said outlot alley, and the easterly extension of said
alley, to the city limits line; thence along the city
limits in a clockwise direction as defined in Ordinance
No. 89899 to its intersection with the Range line
dividing Ranges 11 and 12; thence northerly along the
Range line to the extension of the centerline of
Chestnut Street; thence northerly along the centerline
of Chestnut Str:,aet to the point of beginning."
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval,
