ORDINANCE NO. 50
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF MEDICAL PARK SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION
OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI ,
AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1. The Memorial Community Hospital Association
of Jefferson City, Missouri, a Corporation, owners of the real
estate hereinafter described and situated in the City of Jeffer-
son, Missouri, having submitted to the Council for approval of
a plat of said real estate, being located in Jefferson City,
Cole County, Missouri, and more particularly described as
follows:
Part of Lots Nos. 5, 6, 7, and 8 of Swifts and Thompson' s
Subdivision, per plat of record in Plat Book 1, Page 9 ,
Cole County Recorder' s Office, said subdivision being
a part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 13, Township
44 , Range 12, in the City of Jefferson, County of Cole,
Missouri and being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot No. 8; thence
North 4 degrees 46 minutes 30 seconds West, along the
westerly line of said Lot ?Jos. 5, 6, 7 and 8, 797. 66
feet to the south line of Stadium Boulevard; thence
easterly, alone.; the south line of said Stadium Boule-
vard, on the following courses and distances, North
61 degrees 28 minutes 07 seconds East, 275. 46 feet;
thence North 70 degrees 43 minutes 43 seconds East,
261. 72 feet; thence leaving the south line of said
Stadium Boulevard, South 4 degrees 48 minutes 13 seconds
East, 396. 43 feet; thence North 87 degrees 27 minutes
24 seconds East, 223. 74 feet; thence South 4 degrees
48 minutes 41 seconds East, 247. 40 feet; thence South
85 degrees 34 minutes 24 seconds West, 130. 05 feet;
thence South 4 degrees 51 minutes 46 seconds East,
108. 93 feet; thence North 86 degrees 44 minutes 32
seconds East, 100 . 21 feet; thence South 4 degrees 59
minutes 40 seconds East, 99. 68 feet; thence North 85
degrees 09 minutes 35 seconds East, 299. 40 feet to
the west line of Southwest Boulevard; thence South
4 degrees 47 minutes 41 seconds East, along the west
line of said Southwest Boulevard, 60. 76 feet; thence
South 85 degrees 11 minutes 12 seconds West, 199 . 96
feet; thence South 4 degrees 55 minutes 26 seconds
East, 50 . 06 feet to the south line of said Lot No. 8;
thence South 85 degrees 11 minutes 12 seconds West,
along the south line of said Lot No. 8, 799 . 72 feet
to the point of beginning. Containing in all, 13. 42
acres, more or less. Bearings are magnetic.
Section 2. It appearin.; that said plat has been duly and
properly signed and accepted by the owners of said Subdivision,
known and referred to as Medical Park Subdivision, that all
taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the requirements
of Chapter 4450 Revised Statutes of Missouri, 1949 , and amend-
ments thereto, entitled "Plats" , have been fully complied with
by the aforesaid owners of said Subdivision, and that in all
respects the requirements of the Planning and Zoning Commission
of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats and Sub-
divisions, have been complied with, NOW, THEREFORE:
The plat of land of The Memorial Community Hospital Associa-
tion of Jefferson City, Missouri, a Corporation, known and re-
ferred to as Medical Park Subdivision, lying, being and situate
® within the corporate limits of the City of Jefferson, Missouri,
as shown by the said plat hereto attached and made a part of
this Ordinance, is hereby approved and accepted by the City
Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, and the Mayor of
said City and the City Clerk of the City of Jefferson, Missouri,
after its passage and approval of this Ordinance are given the
authority and are hereby directed to endorse acceptance of said
plat thereon and to certify to the approval of said under the
seal of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
