AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF SPRING VALLEY SUBDIVISION, SECTION TWO,
A SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS HEREIN-
AFTER DESCRIBED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Grover H. and Mary V. Gray, owners of the real
estate hereinafter described and situated in the City of

Jefferson, Missouri, having submitted to the Council for
approval of a plat of said real estate, being located in

Jefferson City, Cole County, Missouri, and more particularly
described as follows:
Part of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 13,
Township 44 North, Range 12 West, in the County of
Cole , Missouri , and being more particularly described
as follows:
From the southwest corner of the southeast quarter of

Section 2 . It appearing that said plat has been duly and
properly signed and accepted by the owners of said Subdivision,
known and referred to as Spring Valley Subdivision, Section Two,
that all taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the
requirements of Chapter 445, Revised Statutes of Missouri, 1949 ,
and amendments thereto, entitled "Plats" , have been fully com-
plied with by the aforesaid owners of said Subdivision, and that
in all respects the requirements of the Planning and Zoning Com-
mission of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats
and subdivisions, have been complied with, NOW, THEREFORE:
The plat of land of Grover H. and Mary V. Gray, known and
referred to as Spring Valley Subdivision, Section Two, lying,
being and situate within the corporate limits of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat hereto attached
and made a part of this Ordinance, is hereby approved and
accepted by the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri,
and the Mayor of said City and the City Clerk of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, after its passage and approval of this
Ordinance are given the authority and are hereby directed to
endorse acceptance of said plat thereon and to certify to the
4 approval of said under the seal of the City of Jefferson,Missour ' .
