AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING THE PLAT OF LEANDA ADDITION, SECTION ONE, A
SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS HEREIN-
AFTER DESCRIBED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. R. Lee and Wanda L. Stafford, owners of the
real estate hereinafter described and situated in the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, having submitted to the Council for
approval of a plat of said real. estate, being located in
Jefferson City, Cole County, Missouri, and more particularly
described as follows:
Part of the Fractional Northeast Quarter of Section
16 , Township 44 North, Range 11 West , in the City of
Jefferson, County of Cole, Missouri , more particularly
described as follows :
From the southeast corner of Fractional Northeast Quarter
of said Section 16 ; thence S 88° 30 ' W, along the Quarter
Section Line, 980 . 1 feet; thence N 10 00 ' E , 20 . 0 feet
to the north line of Old St. Louis Road and the east line
of a 60 foot road; thence N 00° 59 ' 30" E, along the
east line of said 60 foot road, 225 . 00 feet; thence
continuing N 00° 59 ' 30" E , 77 . 39 feet ; thence north-
easterly on a curve to the right having a radius of
208. 69 feet, a distance of 117. 80 feet to the point of
beginning for this description; thence N 58° 47156" W,
60 . 00 feet; thence N 790 32 ' 31" W, 657. 64 feet; thence
AM N 000 59 ' 30" E, 467. 94 feet to the southwest corner of
River Bend Estates , Section 1 , as per plat of record in
Plat Book 8 , page 35 , Cole County Recorder' s Office ;
thence S 680 34' 24" E , along the southerly line of said
River Bend Estates , Section 1, and the southerly line
of a tract of land as described in Book 231 , Page 779 ,
Cole County Recorder' s Office, and the southerly line of
River Bend Estates , Section 3 , as per plat of record in
Plat Book 9 , Page 27 , Cole County Recorder' s Office , a
distance of 716. 90 feet to a point on the southerly line
of Lot No. 17, of said River Bend Estates , Section 3;
thence along the boundary lines of said River Bend
Estates , Section 3 and River Bend Estates , Section 2 ,
as per plat of record in Plat Book 8, page 59 , Cole
County Recorder' s Office, on the following courses and
distances, S 70° 33' 45" E, 137 . 37 feet to the southeast
corner of Lot 18 of said River Bend Estates , Section 3;
thence N 19° 26' 15" E , along the east line of said Lot
18, 106. 72 feet; thence N 22° 47' 42" W, along the
easterly line of said Lot 18, 29. 38 feet to the north-
east corner of said Lot 18 ; thence S 660 04 ' 33" E,
51. 31 feet ; thence N 230 55 ' 27" E , 60. 0 feet ; thence
S 510 53' 37" F., 134 . 69 feet to the southeast corner of
Lot 14 of said River Bend Estates , Section 2 ; thence
leaving said River Bend Estates , Section 2 , S 00 59' 30"
W, 29. 32 feet; thence N 660 04 ' 33" W, 113. 33 feet;
thence S 190 26' 15" W, 122. 22 feet ; thence southerly
on a curve to the right having a radius of 786 . 43 feet,
a distance of 190. 73 feet ; thence S 330 20 ' 01" W,
136. 15 feet; thence southerly on a curve to the left

Section 2. It appearing that said plat has been duly and
properly signed and accepted by the owners of said Subdivision,
known and referred to as Leanda Addition, Section One, that
all taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the require-
ments of Chapter 445, Revised Statutes of Missouri, 1949, and
amendments thereto, entitled "Plats" , have been fully complied
with by the aforesaid owners of said Subdivision, and that in
all respects the requirements of the Planning and Zoning Com-
mission of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats

and subdivisions, have been complied with, NOW, THEREFORE:
° ® The plat of land of R. Lee and Wanda L. Stafford, known
and referred to as Leanda Addition, Section One, lying, being
and situate within -the corporate limits of the City of Jefferson
Missouri, as shown by the said plat hereto attached and made
a part of this Ordinance, is hereby approved and accepted by
the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, and the
Mayor of said City and the City Clerk of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, after its passage and approval of this Ordinance are
given the authority and are hereby directed to endorse accep-
tance of said plat thereon and to certify to the approval of
AM same under the seal of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its passage and approval.
