THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this 19th day of May ,
2005, and referred to as Contract No. 80-2005 by and between the City of Richmond,
Indiana, a municipal corporation acting by and through its Board of Parks and Recreation
(hereinafter referred to as the "City") and Tritech Light & Sound, 20 North Broad Street,
Middletown, OH 45042 (hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor").
WHEREAS, The Board of Parks and Recreation needs to secure certain sound
equipment, specifically described on page one of the attached Exhibit "A"; and
WHEREAS, Contractor is willing to provide said equipment via a Lease
Agreement to the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the following including the above stated
recitals, the parties agree as follows:
1. Contractor shall provide City with certain sound equipment via a Lease
Agreement all described in the attached Exhibit "A" which is attached
hereto and made a part hereof.
2. Contractor shall be paid a sum not to exceed the rates described on the
attached Exhibit "A". Specifically, Contractor shall be paid the sum of
One Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($1,000.00) for each event the
equipment is used.
3. Any person executing this Agreement in a representative capacity hereby
warrants that he has been duly authorized by his principal to execute this
document.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Agreement at Richmond,
Indiana, as of the day and year first written above, although signatures may be affixed on
different dates.
