AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF WOODED TRAILS SUBDIVISION, SECTION THREE,
A SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS HEREINAFTER
DESCRIBED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Richard S. and Joann C. Groner, Bernard J.
and Donna J. Groner, Joseph and Dorothy J. Miloro, Thomas J.
and Lola J. Parris and Delmar E. and Rita M. Picker, owners
of the real estate hereinafter described and situated in the
City of Jefferson, Missouri, having submitted to the Council
for approval of a plat of said real estate, being located in
Jefferson City, Cole County, Missouri, and more particularly
described as follows:
Part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 21, Township
44 North, Range 11 West, in the City of Jefferson,
County of Cole, Missouri, and being more particularly
described as follows:
From the Northwest corner of Lot No. 6 of Wooded Trails
Subdivision, Section I as per plat of record in Plat
Book 9, Page 33, Cole County Recorder' s Office and the
point of beginning of this description; thence South
35 degrees 04 minutes East, 200 feet; thence South
54 degrees 56 minutes West, 203. 16 feet; thence South
35 degrees 04 minutes East, 230 feet to a point on the
northerly right-of-way line of Hutton Lane; thence
along with said right-of-way line South 4 degrees 56
minutes West, 50 feet; thence North 35 degrees 04
minutes West, 230 feet; thence South 54 degrees 56
minutes West, 310. 16 feet; thence North 2 degrees
15 minutes East, 427. 34 feet; thence South 49 degrees
40 minutes East, 92. 49 feet; thence North 54 degrees
56 minutes East, 281. 61 feet; thence South 35 degrees 04
minutes East, 49. 37 feet to the point of beginning.
Containing 3. 09 acres more or less. Bearings based
on Wooded Trails Subdivision Section I, as per plat
of record in Plat Book 9 , Page 33, Cole COunty Re-
corder' s Office.
Section 2. It appearing that said plat has been duly
and properly signed and accepted by the owners of said Sub-
division, known and referred to as Wooded Trails Subdivision,
Section Three, that all taxes have been paid, and that in all
respects the requirements of Chapter 445, Revised Statutes of
Missouti, 1949 , and amendments thereto, entitled "Plats" ,

have been fully complied with by the aforesaid owners of said
;subdivision, and that in all respects the requirements of the
Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, relating to plats and subdivision, have been complied
with, NOW, THEREFORE;
The plat of land of Richard W. and Joann C. Groner, Bernard
J. and Donna J. Groner, Joseph and Dorothy J. Miloro, Thomas
J. and Lola J. Parris and Delmar E. and Rita M. Picker, known
and referred to as Wooded Trails Subdivision, Section Three,
lying being and situate within the corporate limits of the
City of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat hereto
attached and made a part of this Ordinance, is hereby approved
and accepted by the City Council of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, and the Mayor of said City and the City Clerk of
the City of Jefferson, Missouri, after its passage and approval
of this Ordinance are given the authority and are hereby
directed to endorse acceptance of said plat thereon and to
certify to the approval of said under the seal of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its passage and approval.
