AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , CHANGING
AMENDING AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON BY AMENDING ORDINANCE 8508, BY REZONING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN CRADER ADDITION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, FROM
RS-2 (SINGLE FAMILY) TO RD ( DUPLEX ) .
WHEREAS, IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN
ORDINANCE 8508, RELATING TO REZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS
BEEN COMPLIED WITH.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following described real pro-
perty be rezoned from RS-2 Single Family to RD Duplex,
to-wit:
Beginning at the northeasterly corner of Lot No.
10J of Crader Addition, part of the southwest
quarter of the southwest quarter of Section 13,
Township 44, Range 12, per plat of record in
Plat Book 5, page 65, Cole County Recorder's
Office; thence westerly along the northerly
line of said Lot Nos. 10J, 11K, 12L and 13M, of
Crader Addition to a point on the easterly line
of said Lot No. 20T, said point also being the
northwesterly corner of said Lot No. 13M; thence
continuing westerly in a direct line to a point
on the westerly line of said Lot No. 20T, of
Crader Addition, said point also being the easterly
right-of-way line of Crader Drive; thence southerly
along the easterly line of Crader Drive to the
southwesterly corner of said Lot No. 13M of
Crader Addition; thence easterly along the
southerly line of said Lot Nos. 13M, 12L, 11K,
and 10J, of Crader Addition to the southeasterly
corner of said Lot No. 10J; thence northerly
along the easterly line of said Lot No. 10J, to
the point of beginning.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
