AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AMENDING ORDI_
NANCE NO. 8177, THE PARKING AND TRAFFIC CODE OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, BY AMENDING SECTION 10.140, RELATING TO ONE HOUR
PARKING, BY REPEALING SUBSECTION (41) THEREOF AND ADOPTING A NEW
SUBSECTION (41) .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amend Section 10.140, relating to One Hour
Parking, by repealing Subsection (41) thereof and adopting a new
Subsection (41) as follows :
(41) On the south side of East Dunklin Street from 140 feet
east of the east curb of Adams Street to Jackson Street.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
