AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING ORDI-
NANCE NO. 8177 , THE PARKING AND TRAFFIC CODE OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, BY REPEALING SECTION 7. 145, AND ADOPTING A NEW SECTION
7.145 RELATING TO OPERATING OR RIDING MOTORCYCLES, BICYCLES AND
SKATE BOARDS IN CITY PARKS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Repeal Section 7.145 and adopting a new Section
7.145, relating to operating or riding motorcycles, bicycles and
skate boards in city parks, to read as follows:
Section 7.145. Operating or riding motorcycles,
bicycles or skate boards in ity parks. No person shall
operate or ride upon any motorcycle, bicycle or skate board
in the city parks except upon established roadways.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
