AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , CHANGING,
i AMENDING AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON
i BY AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 8508 , BY REZONING PROPERTY OWNED BY
I WINDSOR INVESTMENT CORPORATION IN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, FROM
RS -2 (SINGLE FAMILY) TO S (SPECIAL DEVELOPMENT) .
WHEREAS, IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN ORDINANCE
8508 RELATING TO REZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED
WITH.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following described real property
be rezoned from RS-2 Single Family to S Special Development,
to-wit:
Part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 14 , Town-
ship 44 North, Range 12 West, in the City of Jefferson,
County of Cole, Missouri, and being more particularly
described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner
of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 14 ; thence
North 40 50' W, along the Section Line, 1321.49 feet to
the Southeast corner of a tract conveyed to the City of
Jefferson, per deed of record in Book 236, page 304 ,
Cole County Recorder' s Office; thence westerly along
the southerly line of the said City of Jefferson tract,
on the following courses and distances, S 640 28' W,
222. 97 feet; thence S 850 30' W, 405. 33 feet to the
east line of a tract conveyed to the City of Jefferson,
per deed of record in Book 230, page 529 , Cole County
Recorder' s Office; thence leaving the south line of
the City of Jefferson tract as described in Book 236,
page 304, Cole County Recorder's Office, S 40 50 ' East,
along the east line of the City of Jefferson tract as
described in Book 230 , page 529, Cole County Recorder' s
Office, 479. 34 feet to the southeast corner thereof;
® thence S 850 58 ' W, along the south line of the said
City of Jefferson tract as described in Book 230, page
529 , Cole County Recorder' s Office, 60. 0 feet to the
southwest corner thereof; thence N 40 50' W, along the
west line of the said City of Jefferson tract as des-
cribed in Book 230 , page 529, Cole County Recorder' s
Office, 469. 86 feet to the southeast corner of another
tract conveyed to the City of Jefferson, per deed of
record in Book 236, gage 304, Cole County Recorder' s
Office; thence S 85 30' W, along the south line of
the said City of Jefferson tract as described in Book
236, page 304, Cole County Recorder' s Office, 769. 31 feet
to the west line of a tract of land conveyed to Ed
Schepker, per deed of record in Book 43, page 62, Cole
County Recorder' s Office; thence S 40 50' East, along
the west line of the said Schepker tract and along the
west line of a tract of land conveyed to Reserve
Management, Inc. , per deed of record in Book 208,
i page 442, Cole County Recorder' s Office, 1212. 50 feet
i to the south line of the Northeast Quarter of said
Section 14; thence N 860 48 ' E, along said south line,
1443.29 feet to the point of beginning.
Containing in all, 40. 29 acres, more or less.
