AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING,
AND APPROVING THE PLAT OF LINHARDT-KIESLING SUBDIVISION, SEC-
TION SIX, A SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AS
HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI ,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Albert L. Linhardt and Roy E. Kiesling, owners
of the real estate hereinafter described and situated in the
City of Jefferson, Missouri , having submitted to the Council for
approval of a plat of said real estate, being located in
Jefferson City, Cole County, Missouri, and more particularly
described as follows:
Part of the Southeast Quarter, Section 11 , Township
44 North, Range 12 West , more particularly described
as follows : Starting at the Southeast corner, Section
11, Township 44 North, Range 12 West ; thence North
40 00 ' West, along the East line of said Section, 861 . 18
feet ; thence S 64° 40 ' West, 250. 56 feet ; thence North
220 26 ' West, 590 . 12 feet ; thence S 64° 40 ' West , 30 . 04
feet to a point on the Northeast corner of Lot 5 (Linhardt-
Kiesling Subdivision, Section 3) and on the westerly right-
of-way of Primrose Lane and the point of beginning of this
description; thence North 64° 40 ' East, 60 . 08 feet to
a point on the easterly right-of-way of Primrose Lane ;
thence North 220 26 ' West , along said easterly right-of-
way, 125 . 94 feet ; thence along said right-of-way North
140 40 ' West, 183 . 8 feet ; thence continuing along said
right-of-way in a Northeasterly direction on a curve to the
right having a radius of 162 . 24 feet, a distance of 70 . 79
feet ; thence on a radial bearing of North 790 40 ' West ,
a distance of 60 feet to the westerly right-of-way of a
60 foot road; thence in a Southwesterly direction along
said right-of-way on a curve to the left having a radius
of 222 . 24 feet , a distance of 50 . 49 feet ; thence South
64° 40 ' West, 186 . 21 feet ; thence South 220 26 ' East ,
50 feet ; thence S 640 40 ' West , 711. 5 feet ; thence
North 260 49 ' West, 50 feet; thence South 640 40 ' West ,
210 . 02 feet to the westerly right-of-way of a 60 foot
road; thence South 260 49 ' East , along said westerly
right-of-way 360 . 0 feet ; thence North 640 47 ' East,
210 . 02 feet ; thence South 26° 49 ' East, 50 feet; thence
North 64° 46 ' East , 304 . 29 feet ; thence North 640 40 '
East , 379 . 41 feet ; thence North 220 26' West, 50 feet ;
thence North 64° 40 ' East , 150 feet , to the point of be-
ginning of this description.
Section 2. It appearing that said plat has been duly and
properly signed and accepted by the owners of said Subdivision,
known and referred to as Linhardt-Kiesling Subdivision, Section
Six, that all taxes have been paid, and that in all respects
i the requirements of Chapter 445, Revised Statutes of Missouri,
1949, and amendments thereto, entitled "Plats" , have been fully

complied with by the aforesaid owners of said Subdivision, and

that in all respects the requirements of the Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats
and subdivision, have been complied with, NOW, THEREFORE,
The plat of land of Albert L. Linhardt and Roy E. Kiesling
known and referred to as Linhardt-Kiesling Subdivision, Section
Six, lying being and situate within the corporate limits of the
City of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat hereto
attached and made a part of this Ordinance, is hereby approved
and accepted by the City Council of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, and the Mayor of said City and the City Clerk of the
City of Jefferson, Missouri, after its passage and approval of
this ordinance are given the authority and are hereby directed
to endorse acceptance of said plat thereon and to certify to
® the approval of said under the seal of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its passage and approval.
