ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OV JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 9087, THE SALARY ORDINANCE, REGARDING THE SALARY OF
NEW EMPLOYEES AFTER THE SIX (6) MONTH PROBATIONARY PERIOD.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amend Ordinance No. 9087, Section 3, by adding a
paragraph thereto, which shall read as follows :
"All new employees are to be hired on a six (6)
month probationary period and shall automatically
receive a five (5%) per cent salary increase when
they are placed on the permanent payroll at the end
of the probationary period."
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
