AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING AND
DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK ON BEHALF OF SAID CITY TO
EXECUTE AN AMENDMENT TO A LEASE AGREEMENT DATED JANUARY 26, 1967,
BETWEEN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON AND VON HOFFMANNPRESS, INC.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Mayor and Clerk of the City of Jefferson are
hereby authorized and directed, for and in the name of the City,
to execute an Amendment to a Lease Agreement dated January 26,
1967, between the City of Jefferson and Von Hoffmann Press, Inc. ,
a copy of said Amendment to Lease being attached hereto and by
reference made a part hereof.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
