AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF TIMBER HILLS SUBDIVISION, SECTION THREE,
A SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS HEREINAFTER
DESCRIBED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Richard and Joann C. Groner, Joseph and
Dorothy J. Miloro, Jr. , Bernard J. and Donna J. Groner, Thomas
J. and Lola J. Parris, and Delmar E. and Rita M. Picker, owners
of the real estate hereinafter described and situated in the

City of Jefferson, Missouri , having submitted to the Council for
the approval of a plat of said real estate, being located in
Jefferson City, Cole County, Missouri, and more particularly
described as follows:
Part of the North � of the NW4 of Section 21, Township
44 North, Range 11 West, Cole County, Missouri, more
particularly described as follows: Starting at the
North a corner of Section 21, Township 44 North, Range
11 West; thence S 03 008 ' W, along the 4 section line
119 . 18 ' ; thence S 78051'W, 145. 14 ' to a point on the
R/W line of a turn-around, said turn-around having a
radius of 501 ; thence in a northwesterly direction on
the R/W of said turn-around a distance of 114. 78' to a
point on the northerly R/W of a 60 ' street; thence
along said northerly R/W on a curve to the left having
a radius of 145 ' , a distance of 98. 341 ; thence N 36048 '
W, 116. 31' to a point on the easterly R/W of an 80 '
® street; thence along said easterly R/W on a curve to the
left having a radius of 588. 381 ; a distance of 40 ' ;
thence N 65 056 ' W, a distance of 80' to the westerly R/W
of an 80' street; thence in a southwesterly direction
along the westerly R/W of said street on a curve to the
right havin� a radius of 508. 381 , a distance of 450. 121 ;
thence N 15 12 ' W, 307. 37' ; thence S 75°40 ' 42" W, 338. 6 '
to a point on the easterly R/W of a 60 ' street; thence
S 13°56 ' E, along said easterly R/W 34. 35' ; thence
S 76 004 ' W, 60 ' to a point on the westerly R/W of said
street; thence N 13 056 ' W, along the westerly R/W of
said street 50 ' ; thence S 76 004 ' W, 135' ; thence
N 13 056 ' W, 157. 4 ' to a point on the north line of
Section 21, Township 44 North, Range 11 West; thence
S 88°19 ' E, 34. 71 ; thence continuing along said north
line S 89°20' E, 1393. 61' to the point of beginning.
Section 2. It appearing that said plat has been duly and
properly signed and accepted by the owners of said Subdivision,
known and referred to as Timber Hills Subdivision, Section Three,
that all taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the re-
quirements of Chapter 445, Revised Statutes of Missouri, 1949 ,
and amendments thereto, entitled "Plats" , have been fully com- a
tplied with by the aforesaid owners of said Subdivision, and that f

in all respects the requirements of the planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating to `
plats and subdivision, have been complied with, NOW, THEREFORE,
The plat of land of Richard and Joann C. Groner, Joseph
and Dorothy J. Miloro, Jr. , Bernard J. and Donna J. Groner,
Thomas J. and Lola J. Parris, and Delmar E. and Rita M. Picker,
known and referred to as Timber Hills Subdivision, Section
Three, lying being and situate within the corporate limits of
the City of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat here-
to attached and made a part of this Ordinance, is hereby approved
and accepted by the City Council of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, and the Mayor of said City and the Cite Clerk of
the City of Jefferson, Missouri, after its passage and approval
of this Ordinance are given the authority and are hereby directed
to endorse acceptance of said plat thereon and to certify to
the approval of said under the seal of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its passage and approval.
