AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING THE PLAT OF LANDWEHR HILLS SUBDIVISION, SECTION
NINE, A SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS HERE-
INAFTER DESCRIBED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Frank J. and Mildred A. Landwehr, owners of
the real estate hereinafter described and situated in the City
of Jefferson, Missouri, having submitted to the Council for
approval of a plat of said real estate, being located in
Jefferson City, Cole County, Missouri, and more particularly
described as follows:
Part of the North half of the Northeast Quarter of Section
21 , and a part of the South half of the Southeast quarter
of Section 16 , Township 44 North, Range 11 West , in the
City of Jefferson, County of Cole , Missouri , and being
more particularly described as follows : From the North-
west corner of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 21 ;
thence North 83° 26 ' 03" E, along the Section line, 2139 . 93
feet ; thence North 9° 30 ' 41" W, 60 . 12 feet to a point
on the northerly line of Lot 242 of Landwehr Hills Sub-
1 division - Section 7 , as recorded in Plat Book 9 , page 37 ,
Cole County Recorder' s Office and the point of beginning
for this description; thence continuing N 90 30 ' 41"
W, 60 . 0 feet ; thence westerly on a curve to the left
having a radius of 183 . 56 feet , a distance of 17 . 77 feet
to the southeast corner of Lot 244 of said Landwehr Hills
Subdivision - Section 7 ; thence N 170 09 ' 19" W, along
the east line of said Lot 244 , 150 . 48 feet to the north-
east corner thereof; thence S 790 43' 55" W, along the
north line of said Lot 244, 176 . 02 feet to the northwest

corner of a tract of land conveyed to Thomas A. Wood and

westerly line of said tract , 211 . 42 feet to the south-
west corner thereof; thence N 760 03' 11" E, along the
south line of said tract 108 . 00 feet to the southeast
corner thereof; said point also being the Northwest
corner of Lot 37 of Landwehr Hills Subdivision - Section 2 ,
as recorded in Plat Book 6, page 103, Cole County Re-
corder' s Office ; thence S 80 20 ' 18" E, along the west
line of said Lot 37 , 72 . 60 feet to the northwest corner
of Lot 36 of said Landwehr Hills Subdivision - Section 2 ;
thence S 60 32 ' 41" E , along the west line of said Lot
36 , 99 . 71 feet to the northwest corner of Lot 35 of said
Landwehr Hills Subdivision - Section 2 ; thence S 60 27 '
15" F. , along the west line of said Lot 35 , 111 . 21 feet
to the southwest corner thereof; thence S 70 06 ' 22" E,
60 . 05 feet to the northwest corner of a part of Lot 34
of Landwehr Hills Subdivision - Section 2 as conveyed
to Frank Landwehr per deed of record in Book 248 , page

feet to the southeasterly corner of Lot 242 of said Land-
wehr Hills Subdivision - Section 7; thence N 9° 30 ' 41"
W, along the east line of said Lot 242 , 87 . 45 feet to
the northeast corner thereof; thence S 80° 29 ' 19" 1V,
along the north line of said Lot 242 , 78 . 37 feet to the
point of beginning. Containing in all , 6 . 168 acres ,
more or less . Bearings are magnetic .
Section 2. It appearing that said plat has been duly
and properly signed and accepted by the owners of said Sub-
division, known and referred to as Landwehr Halls Subdivision,
Section Nine , that all taxes have been paid, and that in all
respects the requirements of Chapter 445, Revised Statutes of
Missouri, 1949 , and amendments thereto, entitled "Plats" , have
been fully complied with by the aforesaid owners of said Sub-
division, and that in all respects the requirements of the
Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Jefferson, Missour ' ,
relating to plats and subdivision, have been complied with,
NOW, THEREFORE,
The plat of land of Frank J. and Mildred A. Landwehr, known
and referred to as Landwehr Hills Subdivision, Section Nine ,
lying being and situate within the corporate limits of the City
of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat hereto attache
and made a part of this Ordinance, is hereby approved and accept-

ed by the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, and
ap the Mayor of said City and the City Clerk of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, after its passage and approval of this
Ordinance are given the authority and are hereby directed to
endorse acceptance of said plat thereon and to certify to the
approval of said under the seal of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its passage and approval.
