AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING ORDINANCE
NO. 8170, BY CHANGING THE NAME OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICIAL
THEREIN FROM "DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS" TO "DIRECTOR OF PLANNING
AND CODE ENFORCEMENT" .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF .JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amend Ordinance 8170 by striking the words
"Director of Public Works" wherever the same appears therein, and

inserting in lieu thereof the words "Director of Planning and Code
Enforcement",
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its passage and approval.
