AN ORDINANCE OF THE Q,,X�TYOF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF't'96KHWEST SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION OF
THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AS HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI ,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Robert J. and Edith E. Major and Keith W.
and Gladys M. Major, owners of the real estate hereinafter

described and situated in the City of Jefferson, Missouri, having
submitted to the Council for approval of a plat of said real
estate, being located in Jefferson City, Cole County, Missouri,
and more particularly described as follows:
Part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter
of Section 12, Township 44 North, Range 12 West, in the
City of Jefferson, County of Cole, Missouri, more parti-
cularly described as follows: From the Southeast corner
of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of
said Section 12; thence N 000 23 ' 00" E, along the
Quarter Quarter Section line, 415. 03 feet to the point
of beginning for this description; thence continuing
N 00° 23 ' 00" E, along said Quarter Quarter Section Line,
951. 15 feet to the south line of Tower Drive; thence
S 68° 59 ' 00" W, along the south line of said Tower
Drive, 247 . 07 feet to the northeast corner of a tract
as described in Book 240 , page 747 , Cole County Re-
corder' s Office; thence S 000 231 00" W, and along
the east lines of tracts as described in Book 240,
page 747, Book 237 , page 24, Book 235, page 766, Book
242 , page 861, and Book 240, page 967 , Cole County Re-
Corder' s Office, 801. 00 feet to the southeast corner of
the tract as described in Book 240 , page 967; thence
N 89° 37' 00" W, along the south line of said tract,
156. 54 feet to the southwest corner thereof and also
the east line of Southwest Boulevard; thence southerly
along the east line of said Southwest Boulevard on the
following courses and distances: on a curve to the
left having a radius of 676.10 feet, a distance of
21. 86 feet; thence S 1.50 45' 00" E, 40.15 feet;
thence leaving the east line of said Southwest Boule-
vard on a bearing of S 890 37 ' 00" E, 369. 59 feet to
the point of beginning. Containing in all, 4 . 99 acres.

Section 2. It appearing that said plat has been duly

and properly signed and accepted by the owners of said Sub-
division, known and referred to asiSouthwest Subdivision, that
all taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the require-
ments of Chapter 445, Revised Statutes of Missouri, 1949 , and
amendments thereto, entitled "Plats" , have been fully complied
jwith by the aforesaid owners of said Subdivision, and that in

all respects the requirements of the Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating to
plats and subdivision, have been complied with, NOW, THEREFORE,

west Subdivision, lying being and situate within the corporate
limits of the City of Jefferson, Missouri , as shown by the said
plat hereto attached and made a part of this Ordinance, is
hereby approved and accepted by the City Council of the City
of Jefferson, Missouri, and the Mayor of said City and the City
Clerk of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, after its passage and
approval of this Ordinance are given the authority and are
hereby directed to endorse acceptance of said plat thereon and
® to certify to the approval of said under the seal of the City

of Jefferson, Missouri.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its passage and approval .
